Free Fix Policy

• At RedKelly Beauty, we want you to absolutely love your lashes! If you experience excessive lash fallout or notice something’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer a free fix within the timeframes below:

  ✅ Eligibility:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of your original appointment.

  • The issue must be due to application or product (not aftercare or external factors).

  • A free fix appointment must be scheduled within 5 days of the original appointment.

  ❌ Not Covered:

  • Improper aftercare (e.g., getting lashes wet too soon, using oil-based products).

  • Lash loss due to natural shedding or personal habits (e.g., sleeping on your face, rubbing eyes).

  • No-shows or late arrivals to the original appointment.

  📞 How to Request a Fix:

  • Send us a message or call with photos of the lashes within 3 days.

  • We’ll schedule your complimentary touch-up ASAP.

  Please note that missing your free fix appointment or rescheduling at the last minute may result in the automatic loss of your free fix eligibility
